Situated on the Channel Island of Guernsey, the Guernsey Touring Motorcycle Club (“GTMC”) was formed in August 1996 by a group of enthusiastic like minded motorcyclists.
The GTMC is a non profit club formed for the purpose of motorcycle owners to meet and enjoy trips away and social events together with family and friends.
We currently have a membership of 40 people of various ages and backgrounds, including financial advisors, builders, decorators, property maintenance, accountants, mechanics and entrepreneurs.
The club organises two main trips away to France each year, one to Vannes, Brittany to attend a French organised rally in support of Multiple Sclerosis the second being a relaxed holiday with ride outs to sight see in the area. Various GTMC members organise smaller trips away during the year which can include family and friends.
In addition the GTMC has a thriving social calendar with numerous events and meals being organised by various members during the year, these normally include family and friends.
The GTMC undertakes some fund raising in aid of charities and very often supports other fund raising events organised by other motorcycle clubs.
